Ability to search for tagged packages by the tag (keyword)

Right now there is the option to tag packages with different keywords but there is no real functional way to take advantage of this for the user.  You can set a tag to show up in a search manually but if a user were just to try to search with that tag/keyword nothing displays for them.  This seems like a pretty big oversite and would be incredibly useful as you could tag your packages with the search words your customers are going to use even if they don’t directly appear in the package.
