    When installing version 4.1.2 communicates the following message:

    Thank you for the explanation,
    anyway I’ve purchased WP Download Manager with All add-ons pack and Marketplace, and is there any clues how to build such a page:

    also I have a small problem,
    I have a package and uploaded an image file inside that package (for testing purpose), but when I tried to access that package, it says:
    “Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_wpdm_meta() in /home/sloki/user/kreatifc/sites/kreatif.center/www/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-custom-fields/wpdm-custom-fields.php on line 53”

    When trying to import entries from Download Monitor 3.3.6.1 into Download Manager 4.1. The import process freezes and the following errors are appearing in the Apache error log:

    1) PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function update_wpdm_meta() in wp-content/plugins/wpdm-import-download-monitor/wpdm-import-download-monitor.php on line 49

    I have just bought the WPDM pro and I have created my first package but when I try to download I have this message

    Fatal error: Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found in /web/htdocs/www.evangeliciamilano.it/home/descrivendoci/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/process.php on line 51

    why? what do I have to do?

    We were getting a message that trial period expired on Download Manager and needed to purchase a license key. I purchase download Manager Pro for the $45 and followed the steps in the posting “upgrading from “free” to “pro” and have completely crashed my website. After activating the plugin 4.0.7 I click on Settings or any of the options under download and get a FATAL ERROR message. I restored back my download manager 2.6 Free version because we could at least download existing items BEFORE but now I get multiple DOWNLOAD links and none of them work. So basically I have completely screwed up my website and need some help ASAP

    the error says file is not uploaded successfully, give me ftp info to plugins dir and wp-admin login info, I’ll do that for you.

    Hi,

    I’m updating from 4.0.6 to 4.0.7 and got a fatal error which prohibits the activation of the plugin.

    while extended short-code add-on active, you need to use short-code [wpdm_slider ids=”id1,id2,id3…”] to slider, here is the working example: http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/carousels/

    Ok that fixed the error message but the shortcodes provided by “WPDM – Extended Short-codes”, ie [wpdm_slider id=”1,2,3…”] and [wpdm_carousel category=”category-id”], dont work. The test page on which i only have some text and these shortcodes just gives me a plank page when “WPDM – Extended Short-codes” is activated and just lists (as i would expect) the text and the shortcodes as text when the addon is not activated.
    I assume that wpdm_slider was available for me to download when i was downloading my ‘kit’ (about 2 weeks ago) but since i cant find it on the addon page now i can only assume you have removed it.

    please delete wpdm slider ( wpdm-sliders ) add-on, which is not necessary anymore as slider already added with extended short-code add-on

    Just upgraded to 4.0.6.and it seemed to go ok until i went to activate “WPDM – Extended Short-codes” addon plugin. Then I got
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpdm_slider() (previously declared in …./public_html/……/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-sliders/wpdm-sliders.php:31) in /……/public_html/……/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-extended-shortcodes/wpdm-extended-shortcodes.php on line 51.
