i deactivated all plugins aside from wpdm ones and its still the credits page the same. there is no padding going on after the select credits. also it only is displaying half of the options..

also the file cart thing on the right of the page is silly. why is there no options at all of where to place it? there are alot of reason why i dont want it there and it even tucks under the menu smh

well its been another week plus i still havent seen the update to premium packages enabling the ability to play audio on packages with a base price higher than $0

it was not fixed in the update. if it was let me know how to proceed. audio still does not play for any download with a base price higher than $0 :/

Ok but what if I want them smaller say on my link templates and bigger on my page templates? Can I just insert that css in the templates? Also how do I change the audio player button size in my link and page templates. I’d like to use a different font awesome icon as well.

I appreciate it. Apologize it’s just frustration. This an issue I surely didn’t expect to run into immediately. I will be having customizations made down the line definitely. But this is something I don’t think I should have to pay for. So thank you again.

i dont mean to be harsh its just very frustrating ive literally tried 3000 workarounds there is no possible solution as is. this needs to be fixed. keep in mind once this core functionality is fixed i will most likely be commissioning a large amount of customization as what im doing is very robust. so you have incentive to get this fixed asap 🙂

ok….but that still doesnt fix the issue as the audio player doesnt play that file. all that you are able to do is download it. look man, im not asking for the world here…just simple basic functionality from my $300 purchase the fact i have spent 20 hours trying to find a work around for this absolutely ridiculous error to the core functionality of the WHOLE SYSTEM is infuriating. its pretty simple…make the plugin be able to play audio on packages for sale or this is useless to me along with thousands of other people. i would happily pay to have this fixed, but this isnt anything beyond what the plugin should have done from the VERY FIRST VERSION. as is you either have to give everything away for free or you cant even play audio lmaoooooooo. it should be top priority and i can think of 20 different simple solutions on your end to fix this but all you keep telling me is information that doesnt lead to a solution. for whatever reason your systems masks the free download link even…so i cant even use a different audio player to play the file. its VERY SIMPLE the audio player should be playing the file from “additional previews” area. or simply add a field within for watermarked files for preview and dont have those protected. simple. it has to be done. it amazes me this product has existed so long and not one single update addressed this hahaha cmon now. im not asking for alot here man just for something i paid alot of money for to have basic functionality “TO PLAY AUDIO”!

what im saying is i need the credits to be worth 1 cent not 1 dollar. so no my issue has not been resolved in any way.
