In your shortcode add a logo
parameter and set your logo URL as the value. Please check the following example,
[wpdm_reg_form logo="https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2019/05/download-manager-logo.png"]
It is possible to implement the pending signup feature. Maybe in the future, we will implement this.

Hi Jim,
This is not a repeating issue. In the latest version, we changed the licensing procedure. So the only solution for that is using the latest version. In my reply, I clearly explained how to do that.
Other “Invalid license” issues reported in the forum are not a plugin issue if you are using the latest version 4.9.7 ( or later ). When you move your domain to another server you will get the invalid key because the key is linked to the old domain. That’s why we unlock the key when someone reports the issue. This kind of tickets will keep coming because users are moving their plugins from one domain to another now and then.
Although these two generates the same notice they are coming from two different scenarios. And solutions of both cases are explained to the users. That’s why the ticket was marked as resolved.
Please let me know if you still have any confusion.
Thanks.
It is possible to automate the process if you have the required data ( old client id, email, etc ) But that will require complex customization. If you do not have to create too many orders it is better to do it manually. Admin Orders page also has an option to create orders using simple UI.

Where are you getting your email notifications now? The plugin takes admin_email
option to send notifications which comes from this option.
It is not possible to make a tree structure using CSV. Could you please explain your use case? Maybe I can suggest another option.
Please try clearing cache if you are using a cache plugin. Send login info in private reply if that doesn’t fix the issue.
Premium Package overrides this URL. It is possible to redirect to the guest orders page by modifying the add-on code.
Please replace line 311 in /wpdmpp-2co/wpdmpp-2co.php
with the following code. You also have to set the guest order page in premium package settings.
header("location: ". wpdmpp_guest_order_page());
Hi,
Please install the latest version to fix the issue. Follow these steps to update the plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.
Thanks.
It won’t create any issue because each shortcode will be inside their own div when rendered.

Hi,
You have to create orders as a guest ( without logging in ) and then assign the order to your old clients. There is no bulk approach to do it. For each customer create one order.
1 ) Before checking out make sure you have added all packages that you want your clients to have access to.
2 ) Just click the pay now button.
3 ) The go to your Downloads Orders page and complete order and payment status from order details.
3 ) Assign the order to your client using their user id.
Thanks.
Please check now.
It means the add-on has already been installed. Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply. I will test everything there and will let you know the update.
Just install it as a plugin from Plugins Add New Upload. After activation you will find the QR Code in Downloads Settings API page. Scan the QR using WPDM iOS app to connect.
Hi,
I think you have installed the new API add-on.
We haven’t updated the iOS app yet. It is using old API https://www.dropbox.com/s/olsc2x9bgdo6epd/wpdm-api.zip?dl=0 Install this API to connect your site with the iOS app.
Thanks.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue. On my setup, I found no issue with any of those versions.
What is your PHP version?
You just have to put the button code in the “Login Required Message:” option. Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply if you need help with that.
<a class="wpdm-download-link btn btn-primary " rel="nofollow" href="#" onclick="alert('Login Required.');return false;">Download</a>
Let me know if the issue still persists. Anyway, you can change the background from User Interface settings to remove the green border.
Removed that order from your account.
