looks like some js conflict with your theme, please create a new page template, use template tag [download_link_extended] instead of [download_link] and use the template. Doc: http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/ . However if that doesn’t resolve your issue, please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply, I’ll check it in details.

You you see order status “Processing” that mean, he didn’t complete the order properly or paypal IPN in your account is not working properly, you may need to enable IPN. But for the orders with “Complete” status, users shouldn’t have any issue with accessing order. Also I see in order list, none of them is associated with any user, so all of those orders should be accessible from guest download page, if users enter their order confirmation email and order id correctly.

However, one thing I see missing in plugin, order confirmation email is now showing in order list at admin side. we have added it in our to do list and will be available with the next update of the plugin.

add-on list page is not actually required for the plugin, it just shows the add-ons list from liveforms.org.
