Another thing, if you are upgrading from free to pro version, then deactivate and delete free version first. Then install Pro.

Do you have customized or enhanced WPDM in your theme?

Try deactivating other plugins, one of them creating a widget that has been created by WPDM. If you can’t find the conflict send temporary login info in private reply, so i can check this issue there.

It can be done by changing the limit, but it depends on your server, if it can handle large amount of sql operation  at a time you can do it. You can change the limit from  ..download-manager/admin/wpdm-import.php line no 125. Change it from 50 to something bigger.

It is not possible. To set page template use CSV import.

1. Add following css in your theme to fix button size issue.

.wpdm-download-link img{
width: 150px;
}

File type icon shows only when you insert a package using link template, use tinymce button addon to do that.

1. Copy the dashboard page url and set it as url for your button or link

2. You can use different category shortcode to insert categories in a page. Install http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-extended-short-codes/ and try shortcodes there.

You can sort files using Drag and Drop feature in Attached Files metabox[ edit package page]. Files will be displayed as same order they are in metabox.

Try disabling other plugins except wpdm and yoast. Then we will be sure if there is a conflict between wpdm and yoast.

I have created a page template with icon. Now it is showing icon.

Link Template works when you insert a package with direct download link and then it shows icon from link template. But here in package details page icon have to come from Page Template

I see everything is showing/working fine there, but if you are talking about linking icon with individual file, that is not possible.

Single downloads only will work for public and password protected files. If you use any other lock, single files downloads will not be activate for that package.

Currently included fronts only supports ascii chars. But we shall add UTF-8 support soon.

You can edit email template from Downloads Subscribers (https://www.evernote.com/l/AUe8bXO_vgFE8oRKRCkhHOEsCPu-VCywDls)

Use [download_url] tag to send url.

It depends on your email sender plugin. It should execute do_shortcode function on email content before sending it.
