Package locks have the OR relation, so unlocking one gives you access to the package.
You can use Form Lock add-on to apply custom form as download lock, but password verification won’t work in that case. Form Lock is useful when collecting custom data from the user.

Do you have the latest version ( 2.7.0 ) of TinyMCE add-on? Please send temporary admin login info in private reply if you updated both plugin and add-on but still having this issue.
There was an issue in update process before v.4.7.0 Maybe that’s why your folder got deleted. You won’t face same issue in future updates if you have installed the latest version v.4.7.2
Logout from Updates tab and then Login again. That should refresh the purchased list.

Download works when you use the package download link, not the single file download button. I know it is not the solution, just pointing the origin of the issue.

From Membership Settings Advanced page enable the Show WPDM package info option. That will block the download link only.

Looks like the conflict between Amazon S3 and latest WPDM is related to file list. When there is only one S3 file in the package, main download button works as usual.
We made some changes in the file list in the latest version, most probably that’s the origin of this issue. However, we are testing possible solutions and will update the plugin as soon as the solution is available.
