On preview…I cloned ‘Single Column with Doc Preview’ and changed for [pdf_thumb] but doesn’t work. What do I need to do?

Unusually only got one notification for ‘Architect’s CDM hazard and risk assessments Rev A’ but not for the other package.

The loading still an error on Edge browser. see attached.

As a follow up. see screenshot. You could note user has downloaded second package ONCE last Friday 11/11. However, I showed you on previous screenshot I received SEVEN email notifications for the single action.

No, I have checked with user many times. they only clicked once on every download. but also happened when user has NOT download anything thus a received notification on a a random date/time

Now I know what you meant by doc preview! I do not use that because all my files have user restrictions -It would be nice if I could use it though.

Please look at the issue. See attached, just received repeated email confirmations from a single download.

thanks, but I just checked and a user with no permission still sees all the files, how come?
(I have cleared all caches)
