Hello,
The layout of our website keeps on breaking without any warning – please can you advise before you do something that is going to break our site as this is a live site being used by customers. Thanks.
Thanks – they are serving from the cache because I have turned the cache back on. Even when I switch off the cache the message does not show.
Do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks Shahjada,
The login and signup pages are already excluded from the cache.
I see you have changed our signup and login pages too – I’m not sure why?
Even with our cache plugin disabled the message does not show.
Thanks,
Yes I have the verifyemail option – the account is creating correctly and it is sending the password to email – no problem. The issue is just that there is no message telling the user to check their email.
I do have Litespeed Cache installed but the login pages are not being cached and even with the cache disabled the message is not displayed.
What else can I try?
Do I need to activate this within the backend somewhere?
I have already updated to the latest version and this hasn’t fixed the issue.
Hello again,
Please can you provide an update for when this will be implemented?
It would be really useful to let customers know that their password has been emailed to them when they sign up – currently it is causing some confusion.
Thanks.
Hello Shahjada,
Thanks for your reply. I made payment using a different payment method but would have preferred to use 2Checkout & PayPal.
This doesn’t seem to be a cache issue – it is still occurring for me: https://www.loom.com/share/8dddc69d07f04df3a927a9b820438e23
Thanks Nayeem,
Yes, I know about the changelog – I was just wondering when the update will be available?
Thanks
Thanks a lot Nayeem,
Do you know when the next update will be released?
Thanks
Hello,
This update has made it even worse. Did you get it to work on our website?
Ah great, thanks a lot.
Thank you very much. Appreciated.
It seems like this features be part of the application by default – it is very unclear to users what they must do if there are no instructions to tell the user to check their email after registration.
I am a coder and can code this myself – though I just need to know which file and how to detect that the user has successfully completed registration.
Yes please… that would be great. “Thank you for registering. Your password has been sent to your email address.”.
How do I implement that?
