I kindly request a refund of my money. I have been waiting too long and your plugins are not working. I want to continue using other plugins of yours, please do not leave me with this bad experience and make the refund or exchange for another extension that works for me.

Hello, I can’t understand. I bought this extension and it’s not working. I kindly request a refund of my money. Since I bought the extension it hasn’t worked and they haven’t been able to help me with support either, so it’s a product that isn’t working. And they also don’t explain to me what’s happening or what the problem is. I request your help for the refund please.

I was referring to what you want to do within my wp-admin or what you want to check, so I can help you. Maybe some screenshots will be useful. Or on the other hand, to know if you can refund my money.

I would kindly ask you to let me know what processes you will be performing on my website or what checks you will be conducting, as some requests or access to URLs or the API are blocked by my firewall and security protection. Hi again,
I have already published the app on Facebook, I have added my website to the Facebook app, and in the download package, I have enabled the “Enable Facebook Share Lock” function. However, when I test it, it does nothing. It allows me to share on Facebook, but it doesn’t let me download the package. After sharing, this image appears and it doesn’t allow me to download. Could you please help me? Thanks
