how i can edit the Site URL of the logo, please check the screenshot and you can understand:

when I click on the logo of the sent email, redirects me to : http://homeurl/
so how I can edit this URL to be the site URL.

i see i am using these 3 below, what i need to do:

WPDM – Form Lock

WPDM – Gutenberg Blocks
Deactivate | Translate
Gutenberg Blocks for WordPress Download Manager

WPDM – Page Template
Deactivate | Translate
This plugin enables wpdm to add page templates of the page type.

and if Paypal is limited with WPdownloadManager, what is the best payment solution that working well with you? for credit card processing?
