If I go to orders directly and go into the order and choose “Resend Confirmation Email” the email sends just fine. So the smtp is at least working.

Do you know where else I could look?

The problem I am having is that the confirmation email doesn´t arrive after purchase.

How can I fix that?

Thank you kindly for your reply.

As I dont want people to register before downloading – I just want them to receive the confirmation email after purchase with the download link (I have adjusted the templates).

Is it possible to have the purchase confirmation email to be sent automatically after the purchase is completed?
