We noticed the same issue on a site on a completely different server at a different host. So if it’s something in the environment, it’s something common.

Never mind… I see you set an item page limit of 15. All set.

Thank you!

We are using custom template, but I see how to do inside Download Manager so switched to doing it that way.

That didn’t fix it though. Had to override the single.php in our theme and make it use the_content() for wpdmpro post type, instead of the crazy stuff it does for most content. That worked!

Now that we have that working … how do we make a custom page template in Download Manager the default for all packages? And apply it to to all existing packages, without having to edit them all one by one?

Here’s a sample: https://littledixie.devcourtland.com/documents/

Scroll down to “Testing and individual link” …. the Project Director Guide pdf was placed next to the text but it dropped it down to the next line.

in reply to: Link Template Question #61413

Hi,

I already have a custom template for that called: link-template-aa-custom-link.php, but it closes the paragraph and puts the download link on the next line:

[title]

Hi we fixed this. However when you click the icons to edit or view a file, it doesn’t work:

In the free version: template=”link-template-button-popup.php” – the link would include the document name. However, in the paid pro version the link for template=”link-template-button” only shows the “Download” link without including the name.

All I want to display is a list of files where their actual names display as the link title. I was able to accomplish this in the free version with that button-popup template. How can I do this with the pro version?

Ok. So, you can’t upload it directly from your computer then. It has to be a folder on the server. Good to know. Thanks 🙂

It does work now. Thank you 🙂
