Pure nonsense!  the word “multiple” means more than one.  It could mean 2, it could mean 22, it means more than one.  So your response is silly, at best.  NEVER did I ask or request to download ALL files.  Not a very professional way to try to deflect the shortcomings of this plugin, and the shady way it was positioned.

Ok, frustration level reaching its limits……………………. once again, your instructions did not resolve my issue.  As mentioned in a pre-sale inquiry, I SPECFICALLY asked that a visitor to a website using the Document Manager plugin could pick and chose MULTIPLE documents at their choosing and download them all at once.  Your “package” solution and it’s instructions, once we figured that out, did NOT solve the issue.  Your “package” idea is for someone to download a pre-determined number of documents, that does NOT work.  Visitors need to be able to pick and choose the documents they peruse through and download just those specific documents.  One visitor could choose 7 from say a list of 100, another might want 15 documents to download, but only their chosen documents, not a predetermined “package”.  PLease give us specific instructions on how to do this, for your “documentation” does not provide that instruction, nor have I received that answer in this post.
