wpdm_tree doesn't work (Treeview)

Hi

days ago I proceeded to install your plugin ‘Download Manager free version’ to test it and then switch to the Pro version if satisfied.
I have installed the following add-ons (as required by documentation):

WPDM-TinyMceButton
WPDM-Extended Short-codes

but, with regret the button in the editor to access the drafting of the data needed at the short-code [wpdm_tree], it does not work.
I opened a post in this forum: post-107963 (03/06/19), after which I was contacted I gave, as requested, admin data and then… I haven’t had anything in days. I do not know what has been done and what is the problem for which, the ‘button’ does not work. I speak to you, I can know more than I know today.

There are some JS errors on your site which are creating the white screen error.

And your server is blocking the AJAX request sent by the add-on. Here is the screenshot of server response for an AJAX request. Maye some kind of server settings blocking the request. Your server support might have a better answer for this. You can ask them to allow the AJAX request sent from the add-on.

I understand I will activate with the Server provider by submitting to them the question regarding AJAX requests.

Hello Shahriar,

can I resume my work on the Site? I see that the WPDM – Extended Short-codes plugin is disabled and the Site is in English. Do you restore the whole thing?

I deactivated the Extended Shortcode as it isn’t functional at the moment. You can resume your work and change the language.
