Unexpected Problem on Uploading Files

Unexpectedly, my WP Manager stopped working. When I create a package and sendo the files I want but when I access the package I can not download. A receive a file “file-not-found.txt”.

I checked on my FTP directory and files “are there”. I repeat: the files are being sent but there is a problem when we try to download.

All the old packages are fine but not the new one.

I read some questions at your forum but everything I tried didn’t work.
