The message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

Hello.
I have installed the plugin and when I try to activate it I get the “technical problem with the site” issue and cannot access the dashboard.

I removed all other plugins and installed only the manager, but the same thing happened.
How can I remedy this?

WordPress version 6.6
Current theme: Neve FSE Child 02 (version 1.0.10.1716054680)
Current plugin: Download Manager (version 3.2.97)
PHP version 8.2.20

Please try switching to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three or Twenty Twenty-Four, and let me know if the issue persists. If the problem continues after changing the theme, kindly share the relevant URL and your wp-login credentials in a private message so that I can investigate the issue thoroughly.
