Since updating to latest version, no longer seeing the extended toolbar

We just updated Download Manager to version 3.2.08 from 3.1.28. We rebuilt our download page after the upgrade and using the Gutenberg blocks. After doing this, we noticed that the extended header above the downloads is not showing up anymore.

This part is missing (from version 3.1.x):

Is there an issue using Gutenberg and getting the Extended Header to show up or is there something else going on?

We have released a recent update which is 3.2.09. Please update your copy right now and it should solve your above-mentioned issue.

Thank you Humayon.

I installed and it is mostly back to normal.

Two additional items I’m noticing now. First, version 3.1.x included the title in the toolbar, but 3.2.x does not. Second, the Compact Toolbar doesn’t do anything, only the Extended Toolbar has any impact. Are these both expected?
