I have just uploaded and new digital assets to act as a lead source to the website but I can no longer see the shortcodes to place them on the WordPress page.
I can now see an “embed” buttom that flashes up and disappears just as quickly.
Does any now have to see the shortcodes?
Please deactivate and reactivate the plugin, that should fix the issue.
Thanks
Many thanks. I lost the plugin altogether so I had to reinstall a backup. This has brought the plugin back but lost the Form Lock. this has been reinstalled and activated.
I have now lost the “Download” button after the visitor has completed the form. I see the code but no button.
Do you have any suggestions to bring this back?

What level of admin would you like?
Is there a check list I could look through first?
You can enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then
Thanks
hey there, i’ve been facing the same problem today after updating the plugin. short codes are available but blank, copying does not work. Tried deactivating and activating the plugin but still its the same!
Hi,
the button should show a popup and show the short-code. However, you can generate shortcode easily ( rather than copy/paste it ) using any of the following add-ons:
If you are using the classic editor:
For Gutenberg users:
And for elementor:
Also, such an issue only will happen if any other active plugin and theme style conflicting on that page, you may try deactivating other plugins to find the conflicting one.
Thanks
pop up has been removed in this update so it only shows option to copy shortcode under download section, but its blank!
Please check if there is any conflict. Or else you also use those add-ons. All of them are free.
now it shows the shortcodes but that download section’s CSS is just messed up automatically
Please share your temporary admin login info in a private reply.
Thanks
I resolved my issues by using the email a link option, in fact, I prefer this option.
I do not see shortcodes. I press the copy button but there is nothing in the buffer. I cannot insert shortcodes with Ctrl+V keys. Where can I find shortcodes?
I have deactivated and activated the plugin. It did not help. Uninstall and reinstall the plugin. It did not help. I downloaded the repository from the site and installed the plugin. It did not help.
