Shortcode Not showing all files in Category

I am trying to use shortcode to display all files in one category but it is only showing 3 files when it should show 6 at the moment. This is what I was using:

[wpdm_category id="market-report" operator="IN" toolbar="0" order_by="create_date" order="desc" item_per_page="10" cols=1 colspad=2 colsphone=1]
