Random Download Error

Hello,
We are using your Plugin, and it is fantastic, but we get random error when downloading. Please see the attached. It is like the headers are incorrect. We offer a Linux tar.bz2 file, this seems to download fine, yet the zip file, gives us the attached error, this is the same for Chrome, Firefox and IE, yet on my system the same 3 browsers, I have no problem.
It doesn’t seem to have any form of pattern.

Well 24 hours and no suggestions or response, I guess I will have to change to a different plug in.
Lost sale to our company.
