I want to set up a shop with paid things and free things and those need to be separately. Can they do the normal posting as well?? And post in their own shop?

Can the designers who posts there paid faces there own paypal or is it restricted to one paypal adress?

Yes, you can do both, for paid thing you additionally will need this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/premium-package/ . For they all payment will go to site admins account, designed can enter paypal, later they can ask for payout admin will be able to see payout request and pay them directly from admin area.
