Pre Sales Question: Download options for a team

Hi – I am looking for a plugin where I can do the following…
Allow a manager or business owner buy a certain amount of downloads for their team and then easily distribute them. As soon as they download the last one they can no longer access the file. Is this something the paid version of your plugin can do?

And if it can do this how would that work? Does each team member get a link to download the file and if so how? Do they each get a different password? Thanks.
