We have been using this plugin for sometime. We have over 700 documents uploaded but now on the frontend of the website, it shows under the pagination that 1 of 50 of 334 is showing. About half of our documents are not showing up on the website, but they are in the backend of WordPress. This is an urgent matter, any help would be appreciated!
Hello Travis Harley,
Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. please share the related URLs. if possible, can you please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue?
Thank you and regards
I have the same problem, it is only displaying the first two pages of files and not displaying the others.
If I search by keyword on the website I can find a file, but if I try to display all files it does not appear in the list. I only get five files per page and only two pages.
Further information, if I filter them on the web page by title or other keyword I can see the first 10 after the filter is applied, e.g. I can see the first ten in ascending order or the last ten in descending order, but not all of them. Always five files per page and only two pages are displayed.
I solved the problem by looking through other threads. I added a shortcode [wpdm_category id="carha-instructions-and-schedule" template="link-template-default" order_by="id" order="asc" cols=4 items_per_page="50"]
And it works fine now. Cased closed.
Hello Andrew,
Glad to hear that, your problem has been resolved.
Thank you and regards
The shortcode you provided Andrew is for a single category. But what if I want to show all the categories? Here is my current shortcode:
[wpdm_all_packages login=1 thumb=1 items_per_page="20" thumb="1" categories="accounting,admin,appraisals,checklist-and-forms,closing,communications,compliance,condo-desk,disclosure-desk,dpa,floify,human-resources,investorsproducts,licensing,marketing,mortgage-insurance,operations,policy,processing,recruiting,sales,spear,training,underwriting,vip-construction,vip-guide,vipco,wholesale,zenith" jstable=1 order_by="title" order="ASC" cols="title|categories|tags|update_date|download_link" colheads="Title|Categories|Tags|Date|Download"]
I have attached a screenshot of the number of files that show on the website and the number of published files in the backend of WordPress. Unfortunately, the website is locked as an internal tool and I am not able to provide a link to the site since it’s locked down with a single sign on.
Is there a shortcode I can use that pulls all the categories? Am I doing something wrong with the shortcode I have attached?
Hello Travis Harley,
Hope you are well. With the [wpdm_all_packages]
shortcode you can display all the packages and if you want to show the table for a specific category or categories, you can use the categories
parameter. please check the doc here for more details,
[wpdm_all_packages] – List all downloads in tabular format in a page
please check and let me know
Thank you and regards
