Plugin causing critical error

Good morning.

The download manager plugin is causing a critical error on my site, my hosting company have deactivated it to check whether it was causing the pages to not load which it was. Now it can’t be reactivated as it is causing a critical error. Can anyone please help? Thank you.

Hi @lu1,

Thank you for letting us know about the errors.

Make sure that WPDM and all add-ons you are using of WPDM are in the latest version. If you can’t update it directry from WordPress dashboard, Please update manually by uploading these plugins.
If, still the problem exists then please share your admin login credentials with us in a private reply so that we can debug and give you a better solution about it?

Hi @lou1,
The wordpress admin access for. As this is causing critical error, we may need ftp access later.
