Pagination Error in WPDM

Hello! using WPDM version 3.1.05, shown the download packages categories vies on the pages through WPDM short codes, the issue is when page 2,3,4 or any next page is clicked, the generated URL’s are e.g domain.com/?cp_443=2 for other pages e.g domain.com/page-url/?cp_1867=2. These pagination is not index by google, in webmasters all pagination pages are in error.

If I update the plugin the template I am using “link-template-audio” changes in the updated version. In version 3.1.05 this template is using a separate card body and proper spaces /alignment between other files and when updated the template has no card body and space between other files.

Could you please guide me what to do to fix this pagination issue without changing the template design. Further, can we add “load more” button instead of using pagination.

I hope you are doing well and thanks for writing to us.

As you have mentioned that, you are using v3.1.05 which is an older version. I kindly suggest updating it to the latest version, 3.2.96. Once updated, please let me know if you encounter any further issues.

Unfortunately, without updating the plugin it’s difficult for us to trace what actually causing the issue.
Yes, you can add Load More button but you have to do it via code customization. If you want us to do that for you, here is our Customization Service

Right now, I am unable to tell you the exact time since it depends on the size of customization, but it won’t take that much time.

One thing I forgot to mention is,
– kindly try switching the theme to a default theme and see the if the problem persists.
– Deactivate all plugins temporarily except Download Manager and see if that solves the pagination problem. Then, activate the plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem

Could you please confirm if you’ve updated the plugin? If not, we kindly suggest doing so at your earliest convenience. The latest version ensures that everything is functioning as intended.
Older plugin versions may become incompatible with the latest WordPress core or other plugins and themes. This can lead to errors, malfunctioning features, or even site crashes.
