Option to fine-tune access with WordPress user capabilities

Would it be possible to have WPDM capabilities, e.g. so access can be controlled to the various stats screens, membership screens, etc, via a plugin like User Role Editor? Or, even better, a settings screen within WPDL where access can be defined for different user roles. For example, so we can give access to the stats screens for “Editor” user roles.

At the moment, it seems we have to give access to different user roles to the manage_options capability, which seems quite extreme, so it’ll be good to fine-tune this.
