I recently attempted to use your Download Manager Free plugin along with the wpdm-premium-packages extension to sell digital images on my WordPress site. However, I encountered an issue that I could not find a solution for in the forum, which is surprising to me as I believe others may have experienced the same problem.

The problem I am facing is with the payment window size (iwantopay) being too small to see what is entered, and the .01 step being too small in my opinion. Despite deactivating all plugins except the required two and trying different themes, the issue persists.

I can hit F12 and adjust it there from the width of 1% and replace with anything from 25% – 100% and it looks ok. I attempted to adjust the width of the payment window by editing the code in the asset> bootstrap> css> bootstrap.css @line 1189. While I could see the changes reflected in the code, they did not affect the appearance of the payment window. I also tried modifying the bootstrap.min.css file without success.

I believe this should be an easy fix and was hoping to upload a screenshot for clarification, but unfortunately, that option is not available. I am new to WordPress and have found your free version to be suitable for my simple site. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

I’ve added the following css to increase the size:

.w3eden .input-group.input-group-asyoupay {
  width: 270px !important;
}

Updating plugin will not affect it.
