I moved a site, and I messed something up. Now when we upload files in DM, I get a path like this:

http://www.domainname.com/wp-content/uploads/dlm_uploads/2017/10/Silver-Beaver-512-103_WB.pdf

instead of

/home/useraccount/public_html/wp-content/uploads/dlm_uploads/2017/10/Silver-Beaver-512-103_WB.pdf

If you try to download an image using the first URL, it gives a 404 error.

I’m pretty sure this is something I did something wrong when I migrated the site, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi there,

Can you give login in private to check it?

If you migrated your site did you change the domain name?

Thanks

Hi there,

You are not using our download manager plugin. As I see you are using different plugin name download monitor. which caused the issue.
If you want to move from the download monitor to our download manager I can help you with that. Our plugin doesn’t have any issues like that.

Please see our plugin details here:

Thanks.
