Error when trying to use server file browser

When I try to use the server file browser to select a file to attach to a document post, I get an error saying that the session has expired. I’m using the default file browser home directory setting. I’ve tried resetting the permalink structure with no success. What additional troubleshooting steps can I take to try to solve this problem?

First of all, Can you please clear your site cache? Also, there can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.
