Emails missing styling and layout is broken when received in inbox

Hi, I am using the DM form lock addon – I have chosen the email template in the templates section and it looks good but when I receive the emails in my inbox there is no background colour and the download button has no styling. I have tried all the templates but they all do the same thing. Please advise how I can fix this?
