I have a web page with seven downloads activated by seven modals that are downloading fine.
Today I added an 8th modal to the page. I duplicated the file in download manager, and replaced the URL with a new URL link and updated the file. I copied the shortcode for this new file and inserted it into the 8th modal on my Website. I am able to request the file, and agree to terms, but the file does not download.
To test, I went back to download managaer, and replaced the html file with one that is working on the same page. Saved the file (short code is the same) and the modal downloads correctly.
So I repeated the process by replacing the URL for the 8th file. Unfortunately, on the website this 8th modal allows me to request the download and agree to terms, but it does not download.
This is extremely frustrating. I am using the Avada Theme.
