Download Categories Not Displaying

Hello,
Up until recently my download manager was working just fine. Suddenly it is no longer displaying the category tree. The area on the page where it should be is just blank. I’ve tried – deactivating the plugin as well as other plugins to see if there was a conflict but no help.

All the files and categories are still present. Files have categories assigned.

Plugin version: Version 3.3.02
Shortcode: [wpdm_tree]
Being used on a standard wordpress page

I found the issue. There is a conflict with the JetPack Boost plugin. When enabled the shortcode does not display the file tree.
