Download button not working

Hi,

The download button does not seem to do anything. I’ve checked the browser console but don’t see any errors.

I have also taken the direct url from the element source and provided that I am able to download the file directly.

I’ve checked the upload settings and they are set to allow pdf.

I don’t see any error messages when the download button is clicked. In fact nothing happens when I click the download button on my web page.

The version I am using is 3.1.27.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hello Chris,
This type of issue happens due to conflict with other third-party plugins, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking.
However, the download worked fine whenever we have enabled Unmask Download Link Option. You can follow this as well.
