Conflict with FAQ element of Avada theme

Dear Support Team,

we have detected a conflict with the FAQ element of the AVADA theme.

I have deactivated all plugins and the only one which causes this conflict is the Plugin Download Manager.

When I click on toggles “+” the paragraph opens but immediately close again so that it is impossible to read the content. It concerns our privacy declaration and contact page.

I would be really glad to get a suggestion for solving the issue. The last time we contacted you as we recognized these issue was on 15th January 2020.
