Add Download Monitor shortcodes

Mike Jolley is no longer developing WP Download Monitor. I see your plugin allows import of files but the shortcodes are different.

We could search and replace to update shortcodes but it’s unlikely the ID number will be the same and in many sites we used custom category shortcodes.

Is there a way to add support for Download Monitor shortcodes? http://mikejolley.com/projects/download-monitor/usage/
