Hello,

I’m using version 3.3.8 Pro
And when i try to change the icon of an existing package it does not change

please update to wpdm pro v4. as wp has changed at alot around theit editor and wpdm 3.3.8 is very old version, they may not work together very well.

i’ve already tryed to update but it didn’t work well
also i’ve added some download information and i don’t know how to re add them in v4

please install wpdm v4 and post a temporary wp-admin login info with a private reply in pro forum, I’ll check your issue.

i can’t access the pro forum anymore, it say:
Access Restricted!
You are not download manager pro user or your support forum access period is expired!

please use same login info of your purchase, you should be able to access pro forum for 1 year after purchase.

acutally v3.3.8 may not work properly with latest version of wp and they have changed many things lately. You may need to update to pro v4 or free v2.7 ( http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wordpress-download-manager-v2-7-0/ )
