I will check it to see if it is working now. And yes, there is some custom CSS every now and then for various reasons.

But I do know from experience and an employee of this company lying to me in a chat before I paid for everything that your product does not work well. I had to give up on important aspects of my website and just barely getting working. At least for this year that I paid for the product. I will not be renewing my subscription to this.

If it worked well, you would have the number of support topics everyday.

You guys wonder why your customers are upset… besides that fact that your product doesn’t really work well, it is lack of customer service.

That did not work. I removed the initial code that given from reply #169701 and used the code you just gave. The reason I removed previous code is that there was the same fields in the code you gave.

I was trying to adjust the width numbers to see if it was working and it doesn’t seem like it is working. The columns that are supposed to be smaller are not showing that way.

That works for the most part. I do have questions.

How do I do this for the other fields? I just added one called year from a custom field. I couldn’t do it before because nothing was spacing right.

What about the fields that are not from the custom fields? The first and last column for example are directly from the package details. One is the “post_content” and the other is the “download_link”

To respond to you saying, “I hope you understand.” The answer is NO.

It still doesn’t work as how you suggested.

I did a test. I have TWO pages on my test site. One of them I put it at 1600px width and it STILL evenly spaces everything.
The other page has it at full width and it stretches each column nearly evenly. Putting in ANY number for the width for the column is ignored.

I don’t want to have a full width table. It’s ugly and it will throw people off. That is the point of specific width for a content on a page. And why would 1500px be an issue but anything larger would somehow work?

What is the point of being able to configure the width of each column when it doesn’t work?

Why does it take so long to get a response? I posted this originally 2 days ago. I don’t understand how come it take so long to get a support ticket resolved.

Someone post an issue, wait a day or two for someone to say something like “give me more details, give me temporary login, etc.” We do that and now we have to wait a day or two for someone to say something like “I see the issue and I am looking into it….” Another day or two and then a response like “try this __________ (specific code or instructions) …” We try it and it doesn’t work and we reply fairly quick. (Which I did… minutes later even on this issue.) And now we have a day or two for another response. At this rate it takes WEEKS for an issue to get resolved if even can. If it can’t, we are usually told that the issue has been forwarded to the developers.

Can someone PLEASE, for the love of God, just really focus and help us all out? Hire more people or something… This becomes frustrating for us paying customers to have so many issues and not getting the support we deserve.

No it does not help. When using the jstable=0 option it removes features like search and how per page and it changes the appearance.

Because it is in a container width of 1500px, that is why it isn’t working? Is there anything I can do to retain the functionality and appearance of the jstable=1 option and use the column width per each column as it is intended to work?

It works fine now.  I had to update in code the text changes from before on the wording I had last time though.  Not a big deal.

 

I do have another question.

Is it possible for the download button to stay saying download after someone uses X amount of credits to buy product?

My only feedback on this is that I tried to run update and it uninstalls the whole plugin.

I don’t understand how your main core plugin has a dashboard of what is available for updates for all the individual addons and when you go to update, it doesn’t work.

I would like this to be available to all my customer to show on the main menu next to their account menu link.  But, if I have to pay extra for customized service, no thank you.

It was a general question on if they can be accomplished already.

That shortcode isn’t what I want.  I need to see what packages are available, there is already a page on my website for that.

I just want it to display how many credits someone has in their balance only.

Something that can be in the top menu or header of the website.  Something with simple text like, “Credit Balance: 15”

What is the updated on this?   I have been waiting to hear back.

If you did change something, I was testing to purchase credits and it doesn’t work now.  It just shows that I only have 1 credit.
