Please activate Bootstrap 3 from Downloads > Settings > User Interface tab. If Bootstrap 3 is already selected save the settings again.
Please check now. The issue was similar to this one https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/permalink-starting-with-number-issue/
Looks like you are using another theme there. If you want to use Crypton, please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply.
Search is working now https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1qZObcbGCbnlaog7YQzic9JolsMmFke4U No further action is required from your side as we have already updated the settings ( from Setting > Basic Settings Tab)
The ZZ Custom role issue is fixed too.
In Premium Package settings your orders page was empty. When you set this page, the user will be redirected to the orders page after payment.

There is no limit applied by the Download Manager. If the limit issue is coming from server it is also fixable by changing server settings. If it is related to cache then you have to exclude download URLs from caching and if it is related to server timeout then increase PHP execution time.
Hi,
Maybe related to server caching. Anyway, please send a package URL where I can recreate this issue.
Thanks.
I don’t see any speed issues there. Admin pages are loading just like any other similar website.
“Single File Download” option was deactivated in your settings. I have enabled it and that fixed the PDF Viewer issue.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue. Does this change only affect the new packages or old pacakges too?
Add the following CSS in Customize > Additional CSS to customize loader color, adjust the color code to match your style,
.w3eden .wpdm-loading {
background: #239cef;
color: #ffffff;
}
Did you set the number_of_posts
parameter when sending the request? If you want to change the default 10
you have to edit code.

Hi,
If you are changing the domain, unlock the key from the old domain. You can do that from your Purchases > Order Details page by clicking the “Generate Key” button.
If you are getting the error without moving the license to another domain then install the latest version to fix the issue. Follow these steps to update the plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.
To fix reload the products in Updates tab, logout and then login again from your Downloads > Settings > Updates tab.
Thanks.
Please generate your license key from the order details page.

Please activate Bootstrap 3 from Downloads > Settings > User Interface tab. If Bootstrap 3 is already selected save the settings again.
I have applied the patch we discussed here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/sorting-desc-by-date-format-d-m-y-not-working/
Please check if still getting the warning. Clear the old log first.
For now, you have to cancel the subscription from Stripe dashboard when someone cancels a subscription. In next version of the Stripe add-on we will automate this process.
Looks like there is a compatibility issue with the latest version of WPDM. We are doing further testing to find out the issue and an update will be released as soon as the issue is resolved. Please keep the login active. I will install the working copy when it is available. For now, I have deactivated the Lazy Download add-on.
Glad to know you have already found the answers. This link documents the add-on features https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/docsfor/wp-pro-membership/
Please check now. Using Bootstrap 3 now as Bootstrap 4 seems to hae some UI issues.
Hi Colin,
Really sorry for the trouble you have gone through during the update. The manual update shouldn’t create any issue as you are deleting the old version before installing the new one. Not sure why you got the already exists error in this approach.
The database error most probably came from version compatibility issues between WPDM and Premium Package. Please update the Premium Package if you are not using the latest one.
If you encounter an issue during the update from the plugins page, please try logging out and logging in again to your WPDM account from the Settings > Updates page. That usually solves the issue.
Thanks.
Maybe it is comparing the free version number from wp.org We will look into this and inform you after getting more details on this.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue.
Which payment gateway did the y use and how di you cancel the subscription?
