Looks like there is an issue with csv addon’s autoloading process. We will add a patch to fix it in next release of the add-on. The update will be released as soon as possible.

Please try deactivating other plugins for testing purpose. Maybe one of the active plugins causing this.

No, stats a package based. Single file downloads are not logged separately.

Please install the latest version of Download Manager. That should fix the license issue. Send login info in private reply if still getting the error.

Please delete current installation Amazon S3 add-on. Then download a new copy from https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/ and install it.

Send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply if that doesn’t fix this issue.

Please check following example CSV file. There is an URL in files column instead of an actual file. We map this with WPDM:files when importing and after import, this URL is attached to the package.

Do you have the latest version of Download Manager? Also, check your /uploads/downloads-manager-files/ dir. That dir should store your WPDM files. Please send wp-admin and FTP login info in private reply if everything seems okay from your side.

Looks like a permission issue with /plugins/download-manager/cache/ directory. Please send FTP login info in private reply to check this.

You can keep the first option like –Select option– which will be selected by default. There is no option yet force the user to select ( because the first option is selected ) but we will add this option to next release of the add-on.
