You can use Pro license only in 1 domain at a time. So, when you want to move your license from one domain to another just let us know. We will unlock the key from the old domain and you will be able to use it in the new one.

It is not necessary to apply the key in localhost dev environment.

You can use all packages shortcode for that,

[wpdm_all_packages items_per_page=10 jstable=1 order_by="date" order="DESC"]

Clicking on category filters all packages from that category, so you do not need a drop-down selector like the data tables demo ( from your link ).

Latest Download Manager requires PHP version >= 5.4 Please update your server’s PHP version. That should fix the issue.

Hi Eric, All packages table is working now with latest WPDM. I have manually installed the latest version. There was an issue with automatic update process in older versions.

I am not sure how downloads on your “Resource Library” working. Because there is no /uploads/download-manager-files/ dir in your installation ( https://www.evernote.com/shard/s238/sh/7c879425-f360-4bd7-b229-4dbb9b02ba52/1de995f3758253e7 )

Did you attach URL or directory on these packages instead of uploading files?

Please deactivate and then reactivate Download Manager. That might create the /uploads/download-manager-files/ dir. If it doesn’t please ask your server support to check the issue. This can be solved by changing server settings. Just inform them, WPDM can’t create a directory in uploads dir.

If you want us to look into your installation please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply.

Please purchase a Download Manager Business License. You will have the license to use the plugin and add-ons ( from the special pack ) in 5 sites in this case.

We used default WordPress search there which search for a match in title and package content. But it doesn’t cover tags, categories etc.

I understand your use case. We have added this to our to-do list. For now, you can create a separate free package and share the download link on the pay as you want package. So, the user can have access to both options.

Not possible in that format. Currently File Cart works with table format file list.

Please check now. There was no email template active in your Templates settings. I have set the ‘Blue’ template. Got the email after that.

This looks like cache related issue. Could you please try disabling cache on the waiting page? Changes made on the page doesn’t reflect even clearing the browser cache. It worked only the first time.
