Password lock is working now on archive page too with the latest version of Download Manager.

I think you modified the template code to wrap it around col-md-4 class. But your changes will be gone when you update the plugin.

I have created a custom link template ( Card Clone ) to keep your archive page ( your pdf downloads page ) 3 columns. This template won’t be lost in plugin update process.

Only thing I did after plugin update is clearing the cache. You can try this on your other site. Let me know if that doesn’t work.

Are you using a custom template for all packages shortcode? There shouldn’t be a wpdm-download-locked class when the package is open.

If you use the only filename your files have to be available in /uploads/download-manager-files/ dir ( You can upload files in this dir using FTP ). Otherwise, use fully qualified URL. In this case, only single file download will work and your file has to publicly accessible.

Please go to Downloads Settings Basic Messages panel and uncheck the “Show Only Login Form Instead of Login Required Message” option.

Then set your “Login Required Message:” option. This could be a link to the login page or just a text saying ‘Login Required’

Sorry for the delay. Could you please assign the administrator role to the temp user? I need admin access to check some settings. This could be a plugin conflict issue too. We can also try installing old version to be sure if the issue is related to latest version.

Pro license will work only in 1 domain. You need Business ( 5 sites ) or Developer ( unlimited ) license to use the key in multiples sites.
