Hi,
Please logout and login agin from Downloads > Settings > Updtes tab when you encounter an issue during update. That usually solves the issue.
## Activate Bootstrap 3 from Downloads > Settings > User Interface Tab to fix the UI issue. If it is already selected save the settings again.
## Replace line no 676 in /download-manager-libs/class.Apply.php
with the following code, which will solve the download issue in packages whose names starting with a number.
if(preg_match("/\/download\/([\d]+)-([^\/]+)\/(.+)/", $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']) && 1==2 ){

Hi,
Please login to your WPDM account in your site from Downloads > Settings > Updates tab. After successful login, You will be notified when a new update is available.
Thanks.
Please deactivate Download Manager from network admin and activate it on each subsite separately. The error originated from missing the wpdm-cache
directory. Activating the plugin on the subsite will create this directory and resolve the issue.
Your theme is loading its own instance of Bootstrap JS which conflicted with WPDM’s Bootstrap. I have disabled WPDM Boostarp whihc fixed he popup disappearing issue.
But one issue still persists. Your server is blocking the AJAX request sent by WPDM from the generate password modal/popup. Ask you server support to allow the AJAX request sent by WPDM.

Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue.
Please check now.
So, the issue is happening when you attach a server file instead of uploading one as I did. Please reactivate the login info and send me the package URL you created recently.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply. I will add some custom CSS to fix the UI issue.
For now please activate Bootstrap 3 from Downloads > Settings > User Interface Tab. If it is already selected save the settings again. We will add the missing template in the next version.
Thanks, Jan, for suggesting the work around.
What was your previous version? I can send you the old version and we will check the issue in the latest version. But you can use the old version in the meantime.
For now please activate Bootstrap 3 from Downloads > Settings > User Interface Tab. If it is already selected save the settings again. We will add the missing template in next version.
If you enable email lock then all emails are stored in the Downloads > Subscribers page. And you can export all data including emails.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue. What is the name if you custom template?
I can create new packages from here https://shuttleworthlaw.com/intranet/document-library-management/add-new/ There is no issue in this step.
But your Jupiter X Child theme created some issues in the “edit package” screen. It is removing some parts of the form. Although everything works fine with the main Jupiter theme. Now, you have to fix the issue in your child theme so it doesn’t interfere with Download Manager contents. Or choose another Jupiter child theme that works with WPDM.
Sorry, I am not sure what you meant.
Are you unable to login to your old site? Please send the login info of old site in that case. I will try to log in and let you know what’s going on.
Please check your inbox. Just sent a reply.

You are using the right shortcode. Maybe the responsiveness issue is related to some kind of css conflict. Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply, I have to check your installation to furhter investigate the issue.
Looks like direct download is working on all accordions.
