Thank you for your reply.

I’ve followed your suggestion and added add_filter(“wpdm_is_valid_mime_type”, ‘__return_true’);.

However, the issue I’m currently facing is that while I can attach file links when creating a package, those attachments are lost when I update the main file. How can I resolve this problem?

I am pleased to inform you that the issue has been resolved. By manually downloading the WordPress PDF Viewer add-on from my account page and installing it, the [doc_preview] template variable is now functioning correctly.

Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your assistance. I have attempted to install the WordPress PDF Viewer add-on by navigating to Dashboard > Downloads > Settings > Updates and installing the wpdm-pdf-viewer.zip file. However, despite these efforts, the add-on continues to appear as uninstalled.

Prior to the recent update, the WordPress PDF Viewer was installed and functioning correctly. We are unable to identify the cause of this issue.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this matter?
