I’m not sure, when a client make payment. I dont get any notification emails from WPDM, just email from PayPal for payment successful placed. User just said that he can’t download file. I think user register an account during checkout process.

I check order status on WPDM, it show pending.

I found the issue. It’s about PayPal configuration, you need to generate new PayPal developer app and get new ClientID, Client Secret key.

I got same issue, user can’t make payment. I tested through above advices but it doesn’t work.

You are right, the theme is the problem. I switch to other theme and it works for checkout. But this question is not answered.

On admin, I can’t update membership plan, when you turn on option under Update control section it shows error for wordpress as below image and I’m unable to enable it (category from WDM)

can you explain more? What I should add to the theme header? Can you give me this code? Since this theme is gutenberg, I have no idea how to add it to the header, there is no header.php file.

Can you ask your developer help me out this case? Maybe adding a script in functions.php will help.

It doesnt work, I disabled all plugins but it still doesnt work.
