And no, no restriction.
It is possible to register, also with the short code [wpdm_reg_form]. When I use this short code on a sign up page, clients recieve a sign up mail. So does the admin. But the flow is shorter when they can sign up and select a plan on the same page. Now they sign up after selecting a plan on this page https://marketingforyoursalon.com/membership-page/. The sign up works but the client doesn’t get a sign up mail, neither does the admin. And the login button for clients who are already registered also doesn’t work there.
Did you watch the vimeo video? That is the page i am talking about.
Please look at this screen recording of the issue: https://marketingforyoursalon.com/download/payment-failure-stripe/
I meant Firefox like I said yesterday. We all use the last version of Firefox on our Macs here.
Sorry, the problem occurs in the Firefox Browser, not in Chrome.
1. Use the Firefox Browser
2. Login to the website
3. Go to https://marketingforyoursalon.com/membership-page
4. Pick a plan
5. Select payment system stripe
6. Click ‘pay with stripe’
If the checkout works for htis plan, try to repeat it with the other two plans. Most of the time, only one plan actually works. Most of the time it sends me back in a loop to the membership-page.
Can I expect an update to fix the issue in chrome? It sends users in a loop when they want to subscribe to a plan after registration. 2 out of 3 plans bring me back in a loop to the ‘plans’ page. And no, its not in the cache.
I’ve cleaned the cache but it still happens with Firefox. The flow works fine with Chrome and Safari but not with Chrome.
Yes, it works sometimes. But sometimes it doesn’t. Try to select the three different membership levels seperately and continue with all of them to stripe. At least one doesn’t work. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t. I am getting desperate here due to all the bugs in the system..
Thank you but now I am encountering new problems… If I want to do a test payment for a subscription with Stripe, it sends 1 out of 3 times in a loop, back to the ‘membership plan page’ or to the ‘user dashboard’. Sometimes it works and it goes to Stripe but other times it doesn’t..
Yes, we’ve made some small adjustments. But not ones that can cause conflict with the ‘Premium Packages’ and ‘WP Membershop PRO’ plugin. You turned on CSS that had been turned off by your collegue. Therefor the new packages didn’t show properly. If you try it again, you’ll see it works.
Have you found a solution for the problems ive mentioned?
The website is membership based. So clients buy a membership and get access to all packages/download on a certain page. They don’t buy an individual package/download.
So;
1. Orders don’t show up under the tab orders when a client buys a subscription -> https://marketingforyoursalon.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases. I’d suggest you try to buy a subscription here: https://marketingforyoursalon.com/step-2-of-2-create-an-account/ It is in test mode now. After signing up for a subscription, the invoice doesn’t show under the tab Purchages in the User Dashbaord.
2. Registered clients can’t buy a new subscription through the user dashboard. The + doesn’t work –> https://marketingforyoursalon.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=membership-plans
I hope you understand now what I am talking about.
Your collegue fixed a registration problem by turning off the Bootstrap CSS. So we had to work with that and we can’t turn it on again.
The main problem is that the invoices don’t show up under the tab ‘Purchases’ and that a Subscription can’t be added in under the tab ‘subscriptions’.
So thats the problem I was aksing you about. Can you fix that for me? It seems like the plugins ‘Premium Packages’ and WP Membership PRO’ don’t work very well in the User Dashboard.
Would you mind taking a look at it? Or doesn’t the memberhsip plugin work together with premium packages? Because orders don’t show up after a purchase.
I have them both. But the whole user dashboard is messy and nothing seems to work..
And what about the user dashboard?
None of my plugins work now anymore! We work with a multisite and since you’ve changes settings, the plugins don’t work anymore.
