I understand your point but you should understand ours. We were meeting a deadline and waiting for a plugin to work is just something that we cannot afford to do. We actually gave enough time for the file sharing add on to be released, when we first reported that we need a file sharing add on with simple UI, you said that you were working on it and it should be released within the week when we first reported it, but we actually waited 3 weeks for you guys to release it.
If there’s extra steps for the installation of the file sharing add on you should have INITIALLY included that on the instructions but when we bought it and installed it in our multisite network, the short code you sent didn’t work. Do you think a customer will be happy about that? Are you really willing to pay for something that didn’t work on your end?
