Thanks for updating my key info. I continued to delete and re-install and activate about 10 more times. Errors continued and/or the key was noted as invalid. Finally after the 10th time DM 4.6.7 did install, activate correctly and the Key was finally accepted.
I find I totally agree with others that your plugin is fantastic, but it would be very nice to make it easier to upgrade (like other plugins).

Don’t know what I did but DM 4.6 activated, but will not accept the license key from my purchase history. Is it possible to fix this?!!! My site is now functioning until something gets resolved. DM 4.2 would not upload or reinstall! I really do need help! Thanks!
Sorry to be so long replying. Yes, I did resolve the problem. I had forgotten that I had also installed JetPack. It was a conflict with the image setting within JetPack. When I disabled the image optimization, the package images showed up again.

I deleted and reinstalled. I have lost all my categories and I am not sure how to re-add them to the site. Have you changed the way to add the shortcodes into html text?
I was using this coding to insert a category into a page: [wpdm_category id=bites-bits item_per_page=50]. I added a new category for this and was given an ID of 316. Replacing the “bites-bits” did not bring up the category list in the page.
Can you please provide an example for using a category and a package shortcode.
I can live without editing the invoice template, as I have figured that one out. But I would really like those boxes removed. At first I thought they were options that I could deselect, but I couldn’t find a way to turn them off.
I only know basic HTML, so I wouldn’t even try to mess with your code. Is there a way you can email me the code and I can paste it in the php file you tell me too?
Or, would these become options if I upgrade? And, what exactly is the upgrade procedure and do I have to upgrade everyone of my packages to a new code? (Frankly upgrading has me concerned because everything is working so well right now.)
How can I remove the boxes for the license key and domain manage on the order download page? I do not need these and feel leaving them would confuse those who simply need to download the PDF file.
Also, is there any way to edit the invoice templates?
I see what you are suggesting. I don’t think I want to use it that way. I think I prefer to use an image and links to the item’s page. I have different categories for shop items and want to use a landing page or main page for the shop with the categories being linked from there to separate pages. The individual item’s premium page is a little more spread out than I would like, and I don’t want to have really long shop pages. I feel that would be confusing to the viewer. But I like the larger image and the fact that when in PayPal you can use credit cards if you want instead of having to use a PP account. Plus I have added a back button to the premium template to allow viewers to return to the previous page if they change their mind about purchasing an item.
So, I am going to use the my-shop page to put smaller sized images in category groups, each item within each category will link to the individual item’s premium page with the larger image and cart link. I will also add page links to the individual pages and the premium template to interconnect all the shop pages for easier navigation. Once I have the setup complete, if the redirect still doesn’t work for the continue shopping button, I may ask for your assistance again, but for now, I think I am good. I have been reviewing the addon and think I have figured it out. I have setup the page template as I would like it to appear. I do have a question about the process…
When I put the short link into a page, it does not display the page template I have setup. It simply displays a regular download link where the item can be downloaded – but without paying. I am guessing the way around this is to set up the shop page to link to the individual items so the cart shows up and works. Unless you have a different approach, I can work with that.
However, the my-shop page doesn’t seem to be working correctly. First the code – [wpdm-pp-frontend] – views when you view the page (which doesn’t happen on the other pages) and the continue shopping link on the cart does not link to the my-shop page, even though I have changed that setting. The code also views on the checkout page. But I have gone through the checkout process and it seems to be working fine.
The cart and my order page seem to be working properly, but I cannot figure out why the my-shop page isn’t.
Can you please look at it again?

I did as you suggested and purchase the shopping cart addon you offer. However, I have tried to install it several times and it freezes my blog. I tried installing directly to the server and also through the blog plugins. Neither worked; both froze the blog and nothing would work until I removed the files from the server.
I do not wish to upgrade at this time because I have over a 1000 pkgs and simply do not want to redo each of them. Will the add on work with the version of Download Mgr. I am using?
