When the admin clicks on the Decline button customer can not receive the email notification.

So, how to send an email notification to a customer, when the admin clicks on Decline button?

So, how to send email notification to customer, when admin clicks on Decline button?

Hello,

When we turn off the Download Email Notification we can’t receive the Email Lock notification to admin.

Is there any other way to solve that issue? Because admin is confusing for which email notification for request & which email notification for download.

Yes, I’m talking about the Email Template section but not for the Email Lock Notification to Customer. I have installed the Download Notification add-on to send the downloaded package notification to the admin via email. There is a setting in Email Templates – Download Notification (To: Admin).

We need to override that email notification setting. We have set the packages for download & when users download any package or some user subscribe to download, then the admin received the same notification via email.

We need to set different email notifications for regular download & email lock (subscribe).
