OK, then the Form Lock add-on will not work for us and we are back at the same place in terms of waiting for updates/fixes.

We are working with the Advanced Custom Fields add-on but have had trouble with:

-Function to export subscriber info from wp backend does not include required fields; this is the main subscriber export for wp downbload manager
-Form only includes Full Name; not First Name & Last Name. We have created a new field group for first & last name but we have not found a good solution for hiding standard name field except with CSS (not a good solution).
-Web Hooks plugin is no longer supported and Zapier integration does not work; we need to send data to CRM and marketing automation system
-ZOHO CRM integration does not send required fields to ZOHO (awaiting software update); this would be workaround for the Web Hooks plugin

Please help us move this project forward!

Gravity Forms developer license is installed and should work for sending the info to the CRM and Marketing Automation systems. We just want to ensure that the Email Lock function will continue to work in conjunction with Gravity/Form Lock, and that the existing download notification add-on will continue working as well. Is this the case?

I have purchased add-on and completed the setup, but only a partial record is imported into ZOHO.

Currently the form is set up to capture ‘NAME, COMPANY NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS’, but only name & email are in CRM.

The goal is to change form to capture fields FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, COMPANY NAME, EMAIL, PACKAGE NAME and have all of this data sent to ZOHO. Is it possible?
